The steps we take
There are 3 critical phases to building a successful startup, although the most common starting place is the Hyper Accelerate Process. We’ll recommend whether you’re the right fit for the process and how to begin.
Phase 1.
Accelerate your idea
Hyper’s Accelerate process is a 12-week roadmap that takes you from initial concept to a validated solution ready for pitching and raising. There are 5 critical steps involved.
1. Establish a startup strategy
We take the time needed to truly understand the problem you're solving and work with you, like a co-founder, to match the market with the right product strategy.
2. Create the user experience
We translate the strategy into a storyboard, creating an ideal customer experience with a starting point solution. This is then converted into initial prototype designs.
3. Design the brand
We design the User Interface, or brand, of your prototype screens to go with the personality of your startup, resonating with your ideal customer
4. Create a prototype and pitch deck
The designs are turned into a clickable prototype and a pitch deck that provides you with the tools to validate and share your idea with others.
5. Pitch your startup
We mentor you to get your startup out there, with strategies to validate your product, secure partnerships and pitch to potential partners and investors.
