Aegean’s Journey with Hyper

Before building Zeveloper, I had spent more than 10 years working in business development, marketing, and growth strategy, including building and exiting a marketing agency. I also worked for over four years as a real estate sales agent. During that time, I saw firsthand how fragmented and inefficient the property industry is, especially for flippers. Even basic due diligence could take weeks or months and cost tens of thousands of dollars, with flippers forced to coordinate architects, brokers, agents, accountants, and other professionals just to assess a single opportunity. That frustration is what led to the idea for Zeveloper.

The biggest challenge early on was managing my time while still working, and turning the many ideas I had into something structured and actionable. I knew the problem was real and the market was massive, but I needed help shaping those ideas into a clear product and business model.

Working with Hyper helped bring that structure. They handled much of the heavy lifting on the time-consuming parts of developing the product, particularly around design, while also helping turn my scattered ideas into a well-strategised platform. Having that support made what could have been a stressful process much easier and allowed me to focus on the bigger vision.

Through that process, I was able to refine both the product and the business model into something that made sense to launch with. Today, Zeveloper is live in the market as an AI-powered real estate intelligence platform that helps flippers, architects, and real estate agents research opportunities, collaborate on projects, and build AI agents tailored to their workflows.

Along the way we’ve raised $100K in angel funding to build the initial product and validate the concept, recruited a strong founding team including a CTO and CPO through the startup ecosystem, and achieved early market validation with more than 50 industry professionals requesting specific AI agent tools. Those conversations have also opened partnership opportunities with networks such as McGrath Estate Agents.
